What is Alma Flow
Alma Flow is a living movement of consciousness, body, and energy that I created.
It is rooted in yoga tradition — but it is not confined by it.
Alma Flow has roots — and it has pulse.
Its foundation comes from Vinyasa Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and classical yogic principles. I honor lineage, breath, conscious movement, and the study of the energetic body.
At the same time, I allow tradition to breathe within the present moment.

Vision
Kabbalah is one of the central pillars of Alma Flow.
It structures the way I understand energy, desire, intention, purpose, and the expansion of consciousness.
For me, yoga is not just physical; it's a spiritual path, and Kabbalah supports this vision with depth, clarity, and direction.
Tantra is also present as a path of presence, listening to the body, vitality, and integration between matter and spirit, always with respect, ethics, and awareness.
A movement with multiple experiences
Alma Flow goes beyond yoga classes.
Within this movement, I offer a variety of workshops and experiences that support an integrated vision of well-being.
These include:
-
Yoga and energy workshops, combining movement, breath, and intention
-
Feminine energy workshops, one of the most sought-after experiences by my students, focusing on presence, sensitivity, inner strength, and emotional balance
-
Conscious cooking workshops, with a focus on:
-
Mediterranean-inspired nutrition
-
Kabbalah-aligned food practices (kashrut and energetic awareness of food)
-
-
Health Coaching elements, integrating nutrition, daily habits, self-care, and sustainable health practices
Alma Flow understands that body, energy, food, emotions, and spirituality are deeply interconnected.
A borderless movement
Alma Flow is mobile.
It does not belong to one fixed physical space.
It unfolds in different places across Brazil and around the world — in studios, retreats, special gatherings, workshops, and immersive experiences.
Wherever there is presence, intention, and conscious movement, Alma Flow can exist.
Alma Flow is not a rigid method.
It is a state of presence in motion.
Each class, workshop, or experience carries the same essence:
to honor the body, awaken energy, and remind the soul of its natural flow.
