Energy balls love and affection

I named the energy ball love and affection because I think cocoa and spirulina have everything to do with the heart and with what I teach and live.

I love spirulina because it has all the essential amino acids in the right amounts, is packed with vitamin B12, vitamins, glycolipids, 17 different beta-carotenoids, minerals (especially iron and magnesium), GLA, and over 2,000 enzymes. Unlike other algae, spirulina’s cell walls have high concentrations of mucopolysaccharides, which are easily digested and used to form proteins and the building blocks of cell membranes. It’s also very alkalizing and healing. It’s an anti-aging and beautifying superfood. Cocoa is also my favorite! It opens the heart and nourishes with vitamins and minerals.

During this season in Los Angeles, I rediscovered some of my characteristics that I had lost when I made my career transition, and now that I am reinvigorated, I am trying to keep my artistic skills alive. And cooking is an art. Let's agree? I am very practical in the kitchen!!! I mix everything in one pot and it's ready.

I hope you like it!!

With love and affection!
